FAMILIARISATION PROGRAMME FOR INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS
In terms of clause 25(7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company intends to improve awareness of the Independent Directors through formalization programmes conducted from time to time on the information relating to the Company, the industry in which the Company operates and significant changes therein
The programme covered the following areas:
A presentation was given on the aforesaid matters and Independent Directors were apprised of the New developments taking place in the industry.
